AI Content Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to every AI content generation tool on tomai (tomai.uk), including AI image generation, AI video generation and any related AI content generation features. By using these tools you agree to the rules below. These features are powered by specific, publicly disclosed AI models — see the AI Models page for the complete list.

Prohibited content categories

• Sexual / NSFW content
• Violent or gory content
• Hate speech
• Child-unsafe content (reported to law enforcement immediately upon detection)
• Deepfakes / impersonating other people
• Copyright- or trademark-infringing content

Enforcement of violations

• First violation: account warning, violating content deleted immediately
• Second violation: AI generation access suspended for 7 days, consumed credits are not refunded
• Severe violation: immediate permanent ban, all credits/balance cleared, and reported to law enforcement where appropriate
• Processing time: after a report or automatic detection, initial review and appropriate action within 48 hours

How to report

To report violating content, email contact@tomai.uk with the specific content link/screenshot and the type of violation. We will respond within 48 hours and share the outcome.

Platform content review

• Automatic review: every AI generation request passes automated content-safety filtering before and after processing
• Human review: edge cases flagged by automatic review and user-reported content are reviewed by humans within 48 hours
• Continuous updates: this policy is updated continuously to follow regulatory requirements
